Olivia Rose Boutique – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Olivia Rose Boutique. We value your trust and satisfaction. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include (but are not limited to) underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, shapewear, bodysuits, swimwear, socks, earrings, and beauty or skincare products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email info@oliviarose-boutique.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Your contact details

Returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without authorization will not be processed.

We operate from a single return facility in Asia. Returns sent to the wrong address will be ineligible for refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as untracked returns will not be refunded.

3. Return Shipping Disclaimer

Returns are made at the customer’s risk. Olivia Rose Boutique is not liable for lost or delayed parcels during return transit. A tracking number must be provided to confirm return delivery.


Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, we will refund the order amount minus a 15% handling and restocking fee.


Refund Policy

1. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase but prefer not to return the item, we may offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
If you choose to return the item instead, you are still responsible for return shipping fees.


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
To cancel, email info@oliviarose-boutique.com as soon as possible.

  • After 24 hours, your order is typically finalized and cannot be canceled.

2. Processing Delays

If your order has not been processed within 3 business days, you may request a cancellation.

  • Orders already processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation and must be returned instead.

3. Orders In Transit

Once your order has shipped or is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. Please wait for delivery before initiating a return.

4. Delays in Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us.

  • Cancellation requests due to delays will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Dispute Resolution

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback before contacting us, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.
We are happy to resolve most concerns through direct communication.

If a dispute is raised, any refunds will only be processed after the item is returned to our warehouse.
